De-Mineralized is a process of removing minerals salts from water by using ion exchange process. The DM plant Comprise of strong based cation, anion and mixed bed unit and degasser units. Packaged demineralized comprise of two pressure vessels in MS/FRP filled with strong acid cation and strong based anion resin respectively. All packaged plants are skid, mounted Completely Assembled including necessary piping valve and chemical tanks for regeneration.

A3S Enviro offers an array of pre-engineered packaged de-mineralizer units and custom-built de-mineralizer to meet individual customer requirements.

To meet specific customer requirements, we have built demineralizers incorporating Weak Acid Cation and Weak Base Anion to handle water containing high amounts of alkalinity, chlorides, and sulphates. All DM units of A3S Enviro are available as manual, semi-auto or fully-auto options with PLC based control systems. Automatic systems can be easily upgraded to be linked to client DCS if required.
